What a Delicious experience I had visiting this establishment. Plenty of sweet concoctions at the ready for just about flavor you might want. A wonderful blend of Ice Cream and Dole whip. Will definitely knock the edge off on a hot summer day. Friendly service and a clean atmosphere make it nice for the whole family.

We've lived in South Lebanon for 7 years and have never tried this place until today. Don't be like us. Check this place out asap! From the outside, it is very low-key and unassuming, but they have tons of options and great flavors! We tried biscoff Italian ice, cherry ice, and orange cream ice - all were delicious! They have creamy (dairy) italian ice flavors, non dairy ice flavors, dole whip, regular chocolate/vanilla ice cream, as well as things like flurries, slushees, floats and more. Plenty of seating, a nice mural, and 4 free arcade games (which occupied my son for a loooong time). The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. We will definitely be back!

We have been to 12 Degrees many times and always enjoy it and will still go back. But tonight we went (9/26/2025) and when we tasted the vanilla ice cream we got with our Italian Ice we noticed it was bitter. Upon telling them it didn’t taste right the woman said “yea I know, it hasn’t had a good cleaning in a while. I was on vacation and haven’t had time to clean it.” She didn’t initially offer to replace anything (3 out of the 4 of us had the ice cream with our Italian Ice) but she did offer to put a different flavor ice cream with my flight, but I only like vanilla so I said no thank you. She never asked if the others who had vanilla ice cream if they wanted theirs remade without ice cream. But I think what bothers me most is they continued to sell the ice cream even after they had made aware it tasted bad. While we sat there, at least 5 people ordered the ice cream and not a word was said. We love their Italian Ice, I’m just disappointed they would sell something knowing something is wrong with it.

A nice treat in the area that isn't another soft serve ice cream joint. We appreciate the different flavors and options that 12 Degrees affords. Pricing and sizes are very fair. Also nice to see a place that still carries Faygo soda!

Stopped in today for the first time since I was in the area picking strawberries at Blooms and Berries. Got a medium Pineapple and Cherry swirl Dole whip cone. It was absolutely delicious! The girl working the counter was super sweet and friendly too. I wish this place wasn't out of the way for me, else I would stop in more often. But I'll definitely be back to try some of their other flavors whenever I'm in the area.

Owning a small family owned business we ventured into 12 Degrees Italian Ice to support another small family owned spot. Very great selection of rotating flavors with soft serve and sundae options as well. Owners were very family friendly oriented and kept the place clean and comfortable. You can see and taste the pride of a family owned business inside the shop. We will frequently be back to try all the flavors and support the establishment.

Delicious dole whip float, gelato, and soft serve. Four different items and all yummy! Beyond fair pricing and the staff were friendly! Definitely recommend!

So good!! Ice cream or Italian ice? How about both! It’s called a gelati! Choose your Italian flavor (they have many!) and layer with soft serve ice cream. The staff was incredibly friendly when I visited. Great for the family during the summer!
